Meditation is a mental activity which practice expands and elevates consciousness. It calms the mind and encompasses exercises such as guided imagination, sound healing.

Smile Yoga is a preventive practice of body motions for general well-being in addition to a healing modality balancing left and right brain for chronic or acute conditions such as pain, depression, addictions, sleep disorders and more.
